Things Which Our Children Put Us Through

Led by: Pastor Margaret Bankole 

Margaret Bankole is a Pastor, Author, Social Advocate, Barrister and Mother a who specialises in helping people heal emotionally and overcome traumatic experiences. She is a Barrister by profession and has been practising law for over 30 years. She is married to Pastor Tawa Bankole, her husband of 30 years and they have 4 children. Together they pastor an Assemblies of God Church in Forest Gate, London. They both lead the Married Couples Fellowship. 

She is the author of the award winning 'My story… but then is it really my story?’ and also the highly anticipated ‘ He Came Back', she aims to change lives and provide hope to families through her own experience as a mother of siblings with differences. She delivered a powerful speech on the ongoing violence amongst our youth in the House of Commons alongside Rev. Al Sharpton and Diane Abbott MP. Her award-winning work has seen her appear on various TV and radio programmes such as TBN, BEN TV, Revelation TV, Sky News, Premier radio and more

Led by: Pastor Comfort Ogunjobi

Pastor Comfort Ogunjobi, is a wife and mother who balances career and ministry, alongside her husband, Pastor Taiwo Jobi. She is the lead and co-pastor at Tender Grace Christian Centre, London, UK. She has over 16 years of leadership in the ministry, through her teachings, specialised prayer programmes, Biblical affirmation sessions, mentorship and counselling, Pastor Comfort has used her ministry to awaken a generation of women empowered to live a victorious life in order to impact not just their immediate families, but their society and the kingdom of God at large.

Pastor Comfort has a desire to inspire and encourage women to overcome challenging times in their lives, live a destiny fulfilled life, while walking in the truth of His Word by faith, as a result she birthed her vision Daughters of Zelophehad. The ministry has been fundamental in realigning women with their true identity in Christ, helping them to turn difficult and disappointing experiences into fuel that ignites passion and purpose, while deepening their relationship with the Holy Spirit.

In addition to her pastoral duties, for over seven years, Pastor Comfort has been an early years practitioner. She is very passionate about child development and enjoys creating entertaining and creative activities that promote learning, as well as social, cognitive and emotional development.

Thriving After Sexual Abuse 

Led by: Ronke John and Pastor Judith Nwaokolo

Ibironke John is the author of Love Broke The Silence which she writes in her pen name ~ Serena Peters. A book that highlights her journey of child sexual abuse and domestic violence . The story of learning to forgive and the Embrace of a God’s love for the broken and wounded. Ibironke is a qualified as a Social Worker who also works as a Probation Officer.She has several years of professional work in both fields. A John Maxwell certified mentor, trainer, speaker and coach, she is great communicator and strong teaching skills , who has counselled many using a therapeutic approach. Ibironke resides in Cambridgeshire. A mother of three young adult children, who she is very proud of.

Judith Nwaokolo is the founder of the Revival in Christ Ministry; a multicultural church fellowship in Dublin. Judith is a pastor, social worker, speaker and author of a renowned book in which she narrated her life journey through abuse, brokenness and healing. She is married to her husband of 18 years and they both have two teenage boys. She attended the National University of Ireland (University College Dublin) where she earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and Higher Diploma in Social Policy. She had her first degree at the University of Calabar, Nigeria, and graduated with a BSc honours Sociology. She was born in Nigeria where she lived until 2001 when she arrived to Ireland; the place she encountered God in such an amazing way that changed her life. She now resides in United Kingdom with her family.

Domestic Violence / Surviving Cancer and being thrust into my present 

Led by: Norva Semoy Abiona
